Shipping area

We ship throughout Mexico and to the United States.

Processing and shipping times

Our products ship from our logistics center. Orders to Mexico arrive within an estimated 7 to 16 business days, and orders to the United States within an estimated 4 to 11 business days, depending on your location and the product. We'll email you if any product in your order requires a different timeframe.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders under the current conditions shown at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Orders with multiple products

If your order includes products from different origins, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates; this is normal and comes at no extra cost to you.

Delays

While we work to meet estimated timeframes, external factors (customs, weather, peak season) can cause delays beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help you track it down.
